Clay Lab Report

By: Samantha Anderson Block 3 Purpose: The purpose of this examine is to touch if and how energizing capability and bloom are related. theory: If kinetic energy and height are related, then when the height is increased, the kinetic energy increases also because it has more potential energy to stick with. Material list/Setup diagram: * system * Wax paper * one thousand stick * eye dropper * Water * One type of material (preferably one of the heaviest) * calibrated cylinder * wooden ram Procedure: 1. Gather materials. 2. development the wax paper, tightten let out the clay with the wooden block so you have abundant room to drop the screwball on it. 3. woof up the graduated cylinder with irrigate. 4. Do the first trial beginning at 20 cm and drop the ball onto the clay. 5. imbibe the ball out of the clay. 6. Fill up the dropper with the water from the graduated cylinder an d list how many drops it takes to fill up the dent with the water (try to advance the water as flat as possible). 7. When the hole is change and the number of drops is counted, record your data. 8. Do two more trials starting time at 20 cm. 9. retell steps 2-8 until you have triad trials for 20 cm, 40 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm, and 100 cm (1 meter).
